Grab your putters and hit the Skyways! The Downtown Network is pleased to bring the 6th Annual U.S. Bank Skyway Golf Tournament back to Downtown Minneapolis. The event, featuring 19 one-of-a-kind miniature golf holes, benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities. Golfers are invited out to the two-day event, held on Friday, February 24th and Saturday, February 25th, 2012.
This year the U.S. Bank Skyway Open is expected to bring over 1000 golfers to the downtown skyway system, and is designed to draw all ages - from downtown professionals to families looking for children-friendly activities. Friday’s participation includes access to the course and to the Accenture Tower 19th Hole Celebration. Saturday will provide golfers with access to the course and many children’s activities.

Friday, February 24th

Golf the Course – 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Foursomes are $140 (includes tickets to the Accenture Tower 19th Hole Celebration - $120 value!)

Golf Hole Judging – 5:30 to 6:30 pm
- A panel of industry experts will travel the course to evaluate holes for the prizes of: Top Design and the Greenest Green
- Golfers will have the opportunity to select the winner of the People's Choice award
- Awards will be given out at a ceremony at the Accenture Tower 19th Hole Celebration

Accenture Tower 19th Hole Celebration – 7:00 pm to Midnight

- Enjoy complimentary Sobieski Vodka, 2 Gingers Whiskey, Rock Bottom Brewery beer, wine, food and entertainment
- Catering provided by Devil's Advocat Restaurant & Bar
- Awards program begins at approximately 7:45 pm
- Admission is included in Friday’s golf registration, or individual tickets can be purchased for $25 in advance or $30 at the door

Saturday, February 25th

Golf the Course – 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday golf is open for family play and walk-ups (or pre-purchase for a specific tee time)
- Reduced prices for all golfers: $20 adults, $5 kids
- Enjoy a reduced family rate for any foursome with at least one child: $35 package price if pre-purchased, $40 package price for walk-ups

Family Day Activities – 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

- In addition to golfing, there will also be free Candyland popcorn, face painting, cookie decorating by Wuollet Bakery, fun games, skill toys, visits by mascots T.C. Bear and Viktor Viking and more.
